Bikes have no emissions and actually helps you live longer as you're excercising while getting to your destination.

Planning of cities to make work places closer to living places too can help. Walking to work can help.

Also, car pooling is a big deal. Driving less can help.

Electric cars too is another area that should be explored. We have to hand over a better earth to the generation coming, let's not ruin it.
