my sister needs 2 get rid of her flabby,droopy,sagging lower abdomen wifin a month cos her hubby is coming 2 lagos soon.

been workingout since may when her 4.9kg baby clocked 1yr old.lost 8kg so far.but that region wont go cos its preg fat

she's cleansed her system w herbal bitters,her routine in the morning:jog 15min,sit ups 30mins,other tummy excer 20mins

Its difficult to get that part of the body back to the normal shape after pregnancy, she needs loads of sit ups.

how many in a day?she's a size 12,other places r fine except waist line on the lower belly which has an envelope shape

Yeah, if she can do up to 50 in the morning and 50 in the evening, she should also watch what she eats, loads of fibre is very good too.
