If the very basic definition of a democracy is a government that exists by the consent of the governed, then the just-ended general elections in Nigeria, which brought the country a new government, also produced a highly questionable democracy.

I was going to say the same thing here until I looked at the pictures a little more closely.

It is obvious that those ballot papers were stashed into the boxes in bundles. This cannot happen if each ballot paper was dropped by one person at a time. If those pictures are real and not staged, then something fishy actually took place!!
