Burna Boy has been announced as the winner of the Best African Act award at the 2019 MTV EMA’s. Burna Boy who was nominated alongside fellow Nigerian, Teni the Entertainer, South Africa’s Prince Kaybee and Nasty C, Harmonize from Tanzania and Togo’s duo TooFan, took home the prestigious award at a star-studded event held in Seville, Spain on Sunday, November 3rd, 2019.

Wiz and Burna are close friends.
Theyve bn close friends since before u guys started listening to burnaboy. Burna moves in Wizkids circles in London. Wizkids partner company, Dailypaper, recently hosted Burnaboy after his show in amsterdam. Burna also supported & congratulated wizkid at the O2.
They always support each other, so this is not a surprise.
