If ur good in this field then i really need ur diagnosis, for a couple of months now i've been having this condition were if i should run even a very short distance i'll start experiencing a burning sensation in my chest, it would be so severe i'll be gasping for breath and my eyes spining, so i avoid anything physical, but then, thing is even at that sometimes it feels like am carrying a weight on the chest it makes me exceptional weak and dizzy so i sleep more often. I'd been to the clinic 2 months ago and did an X-ray which came out clean, the doc prescribed some drugs, took the note to the counter paid and got the drugs, felt a little better after then but now the whole thing is getting out of hand, i want to go for a scan but thought i should seek some advice here so i know what am walking into. Please if u've got any possible diagnosis i'd really really appreciate it. Cheers

So, I will offer my opinion.
I can not make a detailed assessment on you as I have not seen you and do not know your age group and past medical history of you or your family, so can not make a diagnosis.
However, your symptoms are most likely to indicate a cardiac condition (heart problem).
As you know there are so many heart problems including valve issues.
The first and urgent thing you need to do is 12-lead ECG (electrocardiogram)!
Try to go to a good clinic as an experienced specialist will need to have a good look at your results.
Also, check the basics like your blood pressure.
Chest x-ray will not show anything in cardiac field apart from enlarged heart so it is useless for diagnosis of heart problems.
I could offer you so many investigations if you were here but it is difficult in Nigeria due to specialist equipment issues.
Please, do not delay and find the best health centre you can afford.
