According to the Federal Government of Nigeria, there’s a plan to further expand the NPower programme, which is aimed at improving lives of several unemployed Nigerian Youths.

We have previously shared all the requirements for registering with NPower in 2019, so we’ll not be going very much into that in this guide.



The reason for this guide is to take you through the application process via the official portal — portal.npower.gov.ng.

Note: The portal is not open at the moment. Whenever registration commences, this post shall be updated to inform all interested applicants.

What are the requirements for registering with NPower?
Before we continue with the registration, you must have the following required information and documents ready at hand, so as not to encounter any hiccups along the line:

Bank verification number (BVN)
Valid phone number
Accessible Email address
Important documents like birth certificate, CV, school leaving certificates.
