All rubber bands work on the same principle which,they must b over stretched to be effective! Anybody who has ever achieved anything of note has been stretched to their limit.There are no expections. |

don't know about that, i typically start performing half-stretched and by 60% i am doing well than expected, i guess some people are masochists  |
