The retail and shopping space in Lekki phase 1 is set to get a boost with the announced opening of a world class mall known as ‘Admiralty Mall.’ The mall which is jointly developed by Dreamspaces Development Limited, Nigeria’s leading real estate development firm in conjunction with Horizon Capital Investment Limited a finance company has been described as a welcome development by the residents of Lekki. Industry watchers and estate managers have said, ‘once opened to the public, the mall would be the most iconic retail development in Lekki set to transform the retail space, significantly adding value to the environment and properties in the neighbourhood’.

Construction work for the Admiralty Mall commenced in December 2018 and will be concluded by first quarter of 2020.
