Hon. Taiwo Babatunde Adedotun has congratulated all Muslim faithfuls as they celebrate Eid-el maolud.

The business mogul and former governship aspirant exhorted the significance of love that can only be achieved by abiding in the dictates of the Holy Quran.

The illustrious and highly cerebral son of Apomu,in Isokan Local Government Area of Osun made this known in a press statement issued early today by his media aide in Osogbo, the capital city of Osun.

He noted how religious differences have polarized us as nation; a factor to which we have lost many precious Nigerians, thereby calling on all and sundry to embrace love, jettison and eschew bigotry.

"Religion may appear to be a way to find God, but this doesn't bind us together. There has been religion differences from time immemorial, and it will always be. Our ways of going to God may differ but there's a need that always cry in the secret chamber of our hearts, irrespective of who you are,and that's the need to be loved.

Take love to someone who is a Christian,Bhudist or Hinduist,he won't rest it. Love is a character of God that connects everyone together and lures us to walk in harmony. This,I believe,the Holy Quran teaches and our lives and society will no doubt be better if we all can apply this in a heterogeneous community like ours," he said

He therefore prayed for many happy returns of this occasion in peace.
