What the senate should be asking itself is why there is a rise in hate speech in Nigeria of today?

Are there things that individuals or group of individuals are doing to warrant the sudden increase in hate speech in Nigeria?

Is it possible to speak good of one who has constantly tormented me eg the Fulani killings all over Nigeria.

We must address the root cause of hate speech and not rush to make laws that will lead to further problems.

Let's not hide our head in the sand and pretend not to no the problem of this country. Let's stop chasing shadows.
