Nigerian made boats or boats assembled in Nigeria. Those two are entirely different things. Last time I checked the Minister of Science and Technology said we are yet to start producing our own pencils. |

crazyABO:Just wear life jacket and you're good to go. Instead of fearing that the boat may sink, prepare for it to sink and know how to swim to safety with your life jacket. Be prepared always 1 Like |

uzohrome:There's much competition by bigger companies to keep selling you their products. It will be a long time before Nigeria will be able to make its own engine parts with all the nuts and bolts.... Those Benin guys are still casting Bronze mask everyday. They've not yet learnt how to cast engine part. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=im6Re_iN2cA 4 Likes |

Please, I have a question for you. 1) Do you stay in Ikorodu? 2) Are you aware there is ferry jetty in Ikorodu? Cos really it is NOT economically viable to leave ikorodu and come to iyana oworo to board a jetty to the island nurey: 1 Like 1 Share |

AutoReportNG: If the federal government of Nigeria remove bad politics and equip the federal maritime university at Delta state and the federal marine polytechnic at Oron in Akwa Ibom state. These maritime tertiary college with better training and up to date study facilities can train Nigeria professionals and equip them with skills and knowledge to build boats, canoes and ship. They can even build cruise ship and yacht. 2 Likes |

nurey: Nothing but subway system will reduce the traffic. One third of the people moving on the surface need to be passing underground via an efficient railway system. That should be the next 10years plan. Otherwise, we are just joking about managing traffic in this state. 1 Like |
