The Judiciary doesnt write laws they only interprete them. The constitution is made by the legislature. The original constitution was drafted by an eminent group of lawyers and submitted to the legislature for approval. It is the legislature you need to address.

The judicial precedents in Mohammed Buhari vs Obasanjo, Mohammed Buhari vs Yaradua and Mohammed Buhari vs Goodluck Jonathan laid a very very high bar on the plaintiff. 1. Buhari did not pass staff college exam the reason you will not see P.SC affixed to his name even when he was military head of state.He was not awarded a force service star as well. He has never fought in an external war so I dont know where the Congo Idea came from.Also where did you get his medal of honour award in a civil war from.

2.The time he went to War College in America,they were not awarding any form of degree there.Just a certificate of attendance.

The fact that a medical student started year 1 does not qualify him or her to practice medicine.

All I am saying is we need a process in Nigeria. The system is broken. Nigeria is the only place in the world where one needs a BSc to get a job as a truck driver but all you need to be a president is to set foot in a secondary school without completing or taking exams.
