Job Title: Drivers

Location: Abuja and Yenagoa, Bayelsa State

No of Position: 15

Basic Qualifications
o Must be above 18 years of age
o Possess valid driver’s licence
o Ability to understand interpret roads signs
o Have relevant qualifications - Minimum of SSCE
o Knowledge of Abuja , Yenagoa routes and its environs.
o Ability to read, speak and understand English language
o At least 5 years of driving experience
(2). Job Title: OFFICE SECRETARY (FEMALE)

Location: Yenagoa, Bayelsa State

Basic Qualifications
o Must be above 18 years of age
o Have relevant qualifications - Minimum of BSC/HND in relevant field
o Must be resident in Yenagoa Bayelsa State
o Ability to read, speak and understand English language
o At least 3-5 years of experience in relevant roles
Responsibilities:
o Organizes work by reading and routing correspondence; collecting information; initiating telecommunications.
o Maintains department schedule by maintaining calendars for department personnel; arranging meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
o Completes requests by greeting customers, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
o Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
o Prepares reports by collecting information.
o Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
o Keeps equipment operational by following manufacturer instructions and established procedures.
o Secures information by completing database backups.
o Provides historical reference by utilizing filing and retrieval systems.
o Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reading secretarial publications.

o At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing in a similar roles
o Must be 18 years of age or older
o Must be resident in Abuja

Responsibilities:
• Identifying new sales leads
• Pitching products and/or services
• Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
• Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products
• Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
