The Nigerian Army has maintained its onslaught against Boko Haram/ISWAP fighters.

The gallant troops of Operation Lafiya Dole have left no stone unturned in its bid to totally wipe out the fleeing insurgents.

As seen in some photos that went viral on social media a couple of months ago, the troops were pictured constructing a bridge leading to secret hideout of the radical Islamic sect.

Yet again, the gallant troops have displayed selflessness and rare patriotism.

This time around, though, the troops proved that they are not only engaged in the counter insurgency operations but are also working hard to mend the abandoned roads into the areas.

The gallant troops of Sector 3 Operation Lafiya Dole were spotted fixing bad portions of the road from Monguno-Kekeno-Cross Kauwa, Borno State.

It will be recalled that no fewer than 50 Boko Haram fighters were killed by the Nigerian Army around the said road in April.

mischief title to make mumu readers think the troops and FG is assisting BH.

'Naija troops repair roads to save maintenance on mobile equipment'

The main reason is NOT to renovate the road! It is to ensure there are no potholes terrorists can plant bombs against the military! When potholes are covered with concrete, any disturbance caused by planting bombs will be easily noticed. So soldiers can travel the road at speed and with peace if mind!

Whose responsibility is it to fix the road? Some top echelons of the military are cashing out big time. The war has been sacrificed on the altar of tasteless bloodshed, garganjuan greed and political shenanigans. : the war is blood money! For the war to end, 1. The military must apply intel gathering. 2. Change the top echelon of the military regardless of tribe. 3. Collaborate with experienced militaries. 4. The FG should kit the military with advanced weaponry. 5. Train and retrain. 6. Overhaul their tactical approach to the war. 7. Plant spies to monitor betrayers. 8. Recruit recruits who are there to serve not because there no jobs. 9. Introduce a code of brotherhood. 10. Improve the welfare of recruits.
