I subscribed to airtel's daily plan on last Saturday because the Glo i was using to work lost signal. Yesterday, I received a message from airtel for auto renew option which I selected 2 for no Auto-Renew, the next thing was a congratulatory message for successful subscription.

This morning the same process played out. I have checked to cancel it but no. They don't give such.

I want a link to NCC to report them. Maybe they will listen. I can't Afford to be losing money every morning to this corporate robbers

First call their customer care line and report. If they don't resolve your issue. Use your complain reference number and contact NCC.

Meanwhile, you can also send email to Airtel customer care, wait for their reply, if not resolved, use the mail trail and forward to NCC with your complain.
