North happily showed off the fake accessory as she headed to Joel Olsteen's morning service at Lakewood Church in Houston, alongside her mother Kim Kardashian.

The smiling schoolgirl wore the gold ring between her nostrils, along with earrings, a necklace and rings, as she walked hand-in-hand with her reality star mother.

For the outing North wore a karate-style white outfit, while her famous parents were clad in black suits, with Kim wearing a sheer blouse under hers.
