Beneficiaries of the Federal Government's N-Power scheme are asking President Muhammadu Buhari to intervene in the situation of their unpaid October stipend. Concise News reports that with the eleventh month of the year gradually winding down, approximately 500, 000 graduate volunteers are yet to be paid their N30, 000 (around 83 US Dollars) monthly stipend, a situation that had left them disgruntled.
