i tried to insert the usb cable that came with the ipod, when i download music, it refused to show or play on the ipon direct. please house, help me, what do i do? |

First Step Download and install Itunes download it here http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/ when you have done that let me know then we can move to step 2.  |
