Dejan Lovren has admitted he “started from zero again at Liverpool” after staying on the sideline for a long period of time Liverpool, and insisted that the entire team is solemnly behind Joe Gomez after a turbulent few weeks. Lovren struggled with injuries during the 2018/19 campaign, playing in just 18 games in all competitions for Liverpool. He started slowly this season too, failing to make the first six Premier League matchday squads and mostly restricted to spots on the bench elsewhere.
