Dele Alli started the beginning of the Jose Mourinho's era at Tottenham with his endeavour in producing one of the best passes of the season - sending fans wild, MySportDab reports.

The midfielder was on his backside and had nowhere to go by the touchline on the halfway line, before ingeniously flicking the ball through for Son Heung-min.

The South Korean was then able to burst into the West ham penalty area and set up Lucas Moura to put Spurs 2-0 up.

The incident happened right under the nose of his new boss, who applauded his player's quick thinking instantly.

On Twitter, there was further praise for Alli, with fans marvelling at the piece of individual brilliance.

One Fan wrote: 'Dele Alli has just mugged off the entire London stadium with one flick.'
