I do not understand...is Allen hiding? Seriously I think he should go and clear his name, especially since America is not like Nigeria' court that always pass kangaroo judgement. 7 Likes |

Buruji Kashamu on the beat again. Instead of him to go to US and clear his name, he wants to become a Buruji Kashamu 2. How long will he be a fugitive? This action alone shows he is guilty as charged. 5 Likes |

Wrong move! This is a step in a wrong direction that might not end well for him and particularly his company. I fear he might drag down the company along with him. It's best he gets American lawyers well versed in the American criminal law system to represent him over there and get familiar with how bad his situation is. This plan of not leaving naija and possibly using our courts to stop his possible extradition will make him a fugitive o. 4 Likes |

1. That lawyer just wants to be more popular, you can't sue on behalf on another .except Allen goes to court himself, its a waste of time. 2. The government is not yet involved in this, trying to push the government to play dirty with you is not smart ..Go there, clear ur name and come back to naija....not clearing your name alone can ruin ur reputation. And no investor will want to invest in a company whose ceo is a perceived criminal..everyone loves allen, but not clearing his name will be a terrible move for him. 1 Like |

America must treat Allen Onyema like Mark Zukerberg. I have not seen any billionaire in America who has never had a brush with the law. Nigeria is known for throwing away it's jewels. The original report from.US seemed to have hidden intents. The language was not pure, they mentioned their army, civil defense, DEA, to the point I felt Allen was into drugs. Haba, the language was heavy with envy. |

Stop making yourselves slaves. A system of authority has been set up by the West that you respond to subconsciously as a servant. Set yourselves free! Nothing makes an allegation by the US against a Nigerian a valid caes of crime. |

Nigeria's money this guy used in building Air Peace. It is time to cough it out. Presidential Amnesty comes to mind. Let him run and hide, soon all the monies paid to Embraer and Airbus will be confiscated and blocked in the air. He eyes go clear. He dared not step into US, he will be arrested and sentenced to jail. The funny thing about this country is, a lot of people go to bed and wake up billionaires and no one, I say no one cares to ask the source of their wealth 3 Likes |

is this a blogger posting rubbish, or our guy actually thinks he can run this perpetual injunction bs? interesting the guy actually exists and has done this sort of nonsense before https://twitter.com/johnmaryjideobi https://allafrica.com/stories/201710120112.html An Abuja-based lawyer has asked a Federal High Court sitting in Abuja to restrain the Senate from inviting the Group Managing Director of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), Dr. Maikanti Baru, over the allegation contained in a leaked letter written to President Muhammadu Buhari by the Minister of State for Petroleum Resources, Dr. Ibe Kachikwu. |
