The governor of Oyo state, his Excellency, Engineer Seyi Makinde has arrived the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso on the  26th, November of 2019 at around 12noon.

The governor had promised to visit the best state university in Nigeria last week to proffer a lasting solution to the constant academic disruption and instability.

The governor received warm reception by the Vice-Chancellor of the institution, Professor Michael Olugunde, the Dean, Students Affairs, Dr. Azeem Ige, the President LAUTECH STUDENTS UNION (17/18,18/19), Abiodun Oluwaseun (LAUREL), other principal officers, the institution stakeholders and students.

Upon arrival, the Governor, Engineer Seyi Makinde was having a meeting with important stakeholders of the institution.

 Students are also currently waiting for the Governor upon conclusion of the meeting with stakeholders.
