SOURCE(NAIJAPALABA.COM)-The Governor of Imo State, Emeka Ihedioha, on Wednesday presented the 2020 budget estimates of N197, 607,272,328 to the state lawmakers. Ihedioha said the proposal was to help to rebuild the key sectors of the state’s economy. The governor highlighted that under the proposed budget, which he tagged, ‘Rebuild Imo budget one,’ recurrent expenditure would gulp N91,337,822,128, while N106,229,450,200 would be expended in capital expenditure. He added that health, job creation, ease of doing business, infrastructural development and agriculture would be given priorities. Ihedioha said there would be value for money and transparency in governance if the 2020 budget estimates were approved by the lawmakers. He said, “As I indicated in my inaugural address, we have commenced the rebuilding and upgrading of the four technical colleges in the state under our Technical and Vocational Education Training programme. “Our target is that by 2020, we should have hit a 60 per cent mark of post-basic students as enrolees in the TVET system.” The governor added that the administration was giving attention to capacity building in technology. He said, “For instance, we facilitated the training of 200 teachers in Microsoft Office and basic Internet skills by Digital Bridge Institute, a training arm of the Nigerian Communications Commission.”

One thing people fail to know is that saving money won't make it grow. It'll remain the same and with time, you'll be tempted to spend and spend till it finishes.

Thats why it's advisable to invest. Chat me on WhatsApp via my signature and I'll show how I earn 33k+ a month online just by sharing adverts of big companies
