This aircraft was intercepted/ impounded in Chad. It was found to be conveying many Kids whose identities could not be ascertained to an unknown destination. The accompanying audio is alleging that the kids might be from neighboring countries of Niger, Nigeria, Mali , Togo, Cameron and Chad.
