. Increased education and health budget by 70%

. Increased medicine student bursary by 250%

. Scrapped sch fees and donate 90% of his salaries to teachers pension fund in the state.

. Decrease his office expenditure by 40% and lobbying the state assembly to do the same.

. Asked its education board not to put his name & pics on educational materials, stating that the state provided it, not him.

This is a gov that collect the poorest Allocation. There is no basis for comparison with Kano sir. Compare Kano with Delta or Lagos

I think there is a bases. Kano has 40+ local government areas getting allocation from national purse. You know local government are extension of state government and governors have access to local government funds so you see kano can measure up when you factor the huge local government allocation they get
