Lagos Ibadan? They need to be specific because Agege rail line is still less than 60% complete, Ikeja is less than 40% complete(that one dey are still digging and try to put overhead) I cant tell of Ibadan. Agbado as at the last time I passed there was still less than 70%.
They should be specific and Ibadan ppl can help out by telling us how much % is completed already over there before we accept audio promises for the media.
