Police operatives from Ilasan Division in Lagos have arrested a 46-year old man, Emmanuel Akpan Ime, for allegedly engaging his neighbour’s 10-year old girl in sex and defiling her in the process. P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened in Igbara area of Jakande Estate, Lekki area of Lagos, where they reside. It was gathered the mother of the girl had entrusted her to her friend, who lives at uncompleted building at Igbara Jakande area of Lekki, Lagos, where Ime took the advantage of the victim; reportedly raped and warned the girl not to tell anybody what happened.
