Hoe does it work?

there was this thread on nairaland about how a Nigerian aboki guy invented an anti-theft system in supermarkets - that he is the first in the world to have done that and i made mention that this technology has been in existence since like 2014. i even mentioned some supermarket in abuja that already have it - like Bakan gizo at wuse II.

One aboki took my comment personal and insisted that am countering the invention bc it was invented by someone from southern Nigeria.
