WOW!!
which way naija?
Whats the hope for this nation?
When will the nation's youth rise and demand our future from this wicked oppressors?

smh sad
Oh I am touched by your outcry!
Local man cries out it says!

But I'm sorry what you are demanding for can never happen because the current structure of Nigeria doesn't support it.

If I spearhead such protest, they will say it's because a fulani is in power that's why. If a yoruba man does that, they will say it's because his brother is not in power and the list goes on.

What do you think about the latest trend introduced by APC where they organise counter protest for any protest against the government? Are those the youth you expected to speak up against the evils?

Mine is base on simple logic.
Most times All this Apc and Pdp supporters will see and hear the truth but choose to ignore it if it doesn't favour them and comments unrealistically immature when the headline favors them. Most times they do such because of likes and mentions
This is social media. If you come here and let it ruin your mind, na you sabi.

In fact, each time I come across vandalized remains of the failed CCTV fraud around Abuja, I just shudder and shake my head in disgust with curses on the perpetrators of this scam.

It shall never be well with them all where ever they are.

They might think they got one over Nigerians, but na curse dem heap upon themselves.

Heartless and evil people.

Amen. Wicked people

I don't know what serap means by failed project. The project was indeed completed by ZTE with base stations throughout the country only for the Nigeria police to claim they have the technical know-how to operate it whereas the contract says ZTE should operate it on their behalf. Of course they couldn't and that was how the whole thing failed when technical issues started coming up.

I don't know if it's in the media or not but I did some work with ZTE around that time. The hilux those Chinese guys were given then to execute the project is still with some of them till today. Nobody stops them when they're moving cause they have FG number plates and have police tags on them. I got the info from those Chinese guys then who complained why the Nigerian police suddenly want to take over the project after they completed installation and commissioning

Good move. Move to the court... not the media. Let them give account for the loan ...and in the end people need to be sent to prison.... or nothing would change.

The tragic infliction of mortal punishment our leaders in Nigeria keep subjecting the citizens and entire country to continues unabated.
We are not even hearing about the scandal of the Failed Lagos CCTV project of years back which flamed out in identical fashion after having hundreds of millions of dollars embezzled by these unconscionable criminal leaders.

No wonder they are increasing taxation to 7.5% and putting extra charges in every nook and cranny of banking transactions in the country.
When will this end? Who will save us from this?

The funny thing is there's a thread above this one. If you open and read it, you'll see where the minister herself confirmed that the Chinese brought everything needed for the project. What she couldn't confirm is the present status. The problem was dat of ego and incompetence of our police not corruption per se. If anything, we have to be grateful it's the Chinese, if it were to be the west, we could be looking at another P&ID by now

APC government and audio projects better love story than Afonja and amala.

I am sure you read only the title of the thread.

If you read the whole story, you would have realized that the FG is being accused of a lack of transparency.

This particular project had failed (stalled) as way back a 2012. But when the Buhari administration came on board, it kept financing the debt for a project that had failed or stalled.

The group suing want the government to come out clear about the current state of the project because it wouldn't make sense for the country to be servicing a debt for which nothing had been produced.

In summary, the group suing wants a jurist writ to compel the minister of finance to come out clear about the failed project.
