Chinua Achebe’s quote, “Looking at a king's mouth, one would think he never sucked at his mother's breast” can best describe the journey of the Delta State’s Honorable Commissioner For Information, Charles Aniagwu who once tapped palm wine and operated a “beer parlor” in his Akumasi village to survive.

In a keynote address delivered at the flag-off ceremony of the Revive Africa Initiative’s 2019 Young African Volunteers Network held at the Mount Ned Nwoko Tourist Centre in Idumuje-Ugboko, Director General of the Bureau Of Orientation, EA Uzum cautioned delegates against illicit sex, drug abuse and other social vices.

Admonishing the participants to always do the right thing because only what is right can emerge from a right process, the orientation chief told Aniagwu’s story of rising from nothing to a fantastic length, using it as a yardstick to drive home the value of perseverance during struggle to inspire the young delegates.
