Take a close look at the key issues here.

The question that should be asked is why comments by one Etinosa Idemudia should lead to religious or ethnic violence on anyone else. Why should comments by this woman cause me or anyone else to suffer loss in any way? Does that make any sense?

Etinosa Idemudia is not my representative in any shape or form. I do not necessarily approve of or endorse her actions. But there is absolutely no reason on this earth for those who feel insulted by her speech or actions to take out their anger on me or anyone else with these veiled threats. That is pure insanity.

There are proper channels for people to express their grievances. Not this.

For us to even talk about this shows how low we have sunk.

It makes no sense if aggrieved muslims make subtle and not so subtle threats to public order and safety because of the speech and actions of a private individual. Is Etinosa Idemudia acting on your behalf or mine? Why then should you or me (or anyone else) suffer loss on her account?

When will it end? There is not and will never be a shortage of things for people to get offended about. Will you cower in fear for your safety each time any other random non-muslim (whom you don't know from Adam) is considered to have spoken or acted out of turn?

Desecration of scriptures is not encouraging, neither threating and insulting her is solution to her action.
Killing because of desecration of scriptures is more evil because using scriptures to smoke do not take away faith from your heart.

What she did is wrong but you cannot threaten to kill her if she chooses to use the Bible or Quran to smoke. God created every human and can give adequate judgement to all man. You cannot fight God's battle. The same etinosa will not go to a shrine in Benin to urinate or defeacate because she knows it will be instant judgement from the gods.
