Tinubu has never been OUK's god-father. They were only colleagues as governors from 1999-2007. These are the two governors that gave OBJ sleepless nights as president during his tenure. You must give it to them, they deserve the attention they are getting now whether good or bad. 6 Likes |

Bluntguy: Aaah.... . They may have served as Governors in same class but Jagaban no be same category with Uzor Kalu. Jagaban that foreign diplomats regularly pay homage to when assuming office. 6 Likes 1 Share |

In the build up to the 2007 elections, Tinubu formed a political party and Orji did the same. Tinubu's party retained only Lagos while Orji's party won two states - Imo and Abia. Today, Orji has collapsed his party to pick up Tinubu's brooms. Consistency is key in this life. Orji was just contesting for anything from presidency to senatorial while Tinubu continued to expand his political reach and influence They are no more in the same league. While Orji lacks political ideology, Tinubu is a progressive to the core. Safe to say that orji is now his boy 9 Likes 1 Share |

Re: OUK Spotted With His Godfather by Nigerianization(m): 6:48am On Dec 05, 2019 |
MyVILLAGEpeople: Please make use of the Google yourself and find out under which party Chief Ikedi Ohakim and TA Orji won their elections as governors of their states. It's better to remove the log in your eyes first before try to help someone else.... A simple Google search would be of help to you My two cents 1 Like |

Nigerianization:Too many ignorant people are proudly roaming Nairaland unrestricted, the worst part is that they think they know everything. One up there says the Tinubu guy is a 'progressive to the core' I don't know what that crap means but it appears they're about selling another fake product well packaged with propaganda just as they did not too long ago with an expired valueless product about 4 years ago. |
Re: OUK Spotted With His Godfather by Nigerianization(m): 7:36am On Dec 05, 2019 |
henryobinna: By Nigerian definition of who a progressive is, he is one to the core. However, my comparison is with respect to the man Orji Uzor Kalu. You and I know that most political parties in Nigeria lack ideologies, so people's definition of progressive is not on the basis of ideology but on the basis of not belonging to or have never been part of the PDP. The above definition of progressive was why Tom Ikimi was denied chairmanship of the apc on the grounds that they wanted a 'core progressive'. That aside, I am not favourably disposed to presidential candidates of over 70 years of age - Atiku Tinubu, Buhari, etc. I never was and never will. So Mr knowledge, assumption is the lowest aspect of knowledge. You didn't understand the premise upon which I concluded that Tinubu is a progressive and you concluded that am ignorant..... It is well If you and I should rise up to be counted, those expired products should be in their retirement homes, not deciding our future. Thanks |
