Activists, Olawale Bakare who is best know as Mandate, standing trial with pro- democracy Campaigner, Sowore, in a serious case brought against them by the Federal government, has been declared missing.

DSS Operatives stormed the Federal High court in Abuja on Friday morning during the
Court trial proceedings in an attempt to forcefully re-arrest the two men.

After encountering serious resistance from other activist inside the court courtroom, however the arm DSS Operatives retreated outside to lay ambush.

The whole situation led to a serious tension in the court premises for several minutes.

Senior advocate of Nigeria and lawyer to Sowore and Bakare, Femi Falana (SAN), was said to have carried the defendants in his car to the DSS headquarters where they were said to have been detained

However, reports has emerged that only Sowore , who was in Falana's car as they left the court, was submitted back to DSS Operatives of the agency are currently in search for Bakare in different part of Abuja
