I recently opened an account with them so today I tried to buy airtime using *966# but it says I don't have an account but I should send 1 to create an account which I did but it displayed that I already have a savings account with them. I'm confused on what the problem could be! |

You need to get a debit card (ATM), you will use it to register through 966 to start using USSD service |
