One question says common seal (needs to contain the business number, which is what? What could that be pls ? Can the Chairman of the NGO board be non Nigerian? What is the minimum number of board members - will 2 be sufficient? As for the quorum, if we are two only, the quorum needs to be 2/3rd with the note that with two board members the quorum needs to be a minimum of 2 How long does it take pls The NGO will have the foreigner who happens to be my mentor and great friend as the chairman, while I will be the CEO and director or whatever it is been called. Hope this won't affect decision making in future. |
