By Ivoirebusiness - A gigantic scandal splashes the ICC with the ban made to Laurent Gbagbo to make politics and to grant interviews, according to his lawyer.

According to Mr. Emmanuel Altit, the chief counsel of President Laurent Gbagbo, the criminal court forbids his client to engage in politics, including being a candidate for the presidential election and giving interviews to journalists or expressing himself in the media. .

He made these revelations in a document dated October 7, 2019, which Ivoirebusiness had copied and in which he denounces the unbearable restrictions of the ICC against his client, to whom she denies her most basic citizenship rights, including to participate in the political life of his country as an activist or politician.

Here are the unbearable restrictions imposed on President Laurent Gbagbo enumerated by Emmanuel Altit in this document entitled "Redacted public version" of the Defense Motion to obtain that the Appeals Chamber restore to Laurent Gbagbo, acquitted of all charges against him, the entirety of his basic human rights:

"The right to express oneself as an activist or politician, the right to participate publicly in the determination of a political party's program, the right to participate in political rallies, the right to participate in radio and television programs , in which one would mention his political career or his political vision, the right to be able to answer the questions of journalists or historians concerning his career or his political vision, the right to give his vision of the reconciliation ".

To this must be added the following deprivations of liberty following his conditional release on 1 February 2019 following the judgment of the Appeals Chamber of the ICC: "the right to choose the country where to live, the right to 'to come and go freely, the right to express oneself freely, the right to a normal family life and the right to respect for one's private life'.

Osuji is a typical Negropean.

I don't know much about Gbagbo, but the energy the uninvited scum use on him tells me he is a threat to their manipulation & improvishing of his country& people .These genocidal maniacs can never give this much attention to an African they can easily tame & control. They are publicly lynching him to send a message to anyone who was thinking of crossing the line.Real African heroes are either assassinated ,imprisoned or have their names tarnished through the media & other such platforms, never will the colonisers celebrate a strong African man or woman that will serve their people accordingly.

Some idiots wanted Zuma jailed for attempting to take SA out of this ICC arrangement, these are people that have De Klerk living freely among them, but see nothing wrong with that grin grin. Lord have mercy grin grin.
