He actually does,after all Kogi is a northern state,but you said core so you do be implying Kano, bros if it comes to selling ,give it to Kano,one person can own a factory looking warehouse just selling products, if it comes to farming you can give them too....but when it comes to large scale production, you would be surprise a manufacturer can abandon his factory and government won't even come and ask what is the matter or what palliative can be offered to keep it running, so I think it might be due to the business environment.Even the place ear mark for Free trade Zone about ten years ago had turn to a real estate housing scheme.But infrastructure wise I must give it to Governor Ganduje ,giving what I saw ten years prior.

That is Abdulsamad Rabiu. It's actually his company's refinery, not Dangote's refinery. His father, Isyakku Rabiu, was very wealthy, but Buhari's government jailed him for hoarding c1984. Abdulsamad Rabiu owns BUA and he is a billionaire and his brothers are also very wealthy.
