Crusoe Osagie, Special Adviser to the Edo State Governor on Media and Communication Strategy, has urged the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Adams Oshiomhole, to concentrate on winning elections by the performance of the party and not relying on thugs and violence for electoral victory.
