how will someone get travel history when you don't approve them visa to your country first ? or you expect other countries to give them before you can grant them your own visa? for me who deserves it should be given whether travel history or not . |

After all said and done, there is a quota for visas to be issued each year. Even if everyone qualifies to get a visa, everyone will not get it. However, they have to cook up some reasons for denial |
