It's making more sense in that axis daily. Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos, the most promising axis in Nigeria. Take advantage of the ongoing xmas promo: Pay 2.9m instead of 3.2m for Royal County Estate. 2.7m instead of 3m for Hopewell Park Estate. 1.5m instead of 1.8m for Yorkville Estate All came with good tittle documents: Excision Imagine having plots of land proximity to projects like: - Dangote Refinery - Lekki Seaport - International Airport - Free Trade Zone Center - La Capaigne Tropicana Beach Resort, e.t.c Tel: 07030606959 |

uruba23:It doesn't need incentive. If possible that loan should go into making power available. Nigeria is operating a broken national grid and federal roads should be rehabilitated. Dangote should wait for his break even time. |

Refinery in Lagos? |
Re: Aliko Dangote & Zainab Ahmed Visit The Oil Refinery In Lagos by Nobody: 10:35am On Dec 17, 2019 |
SocialJustice:Well you need to understand that if the refinery come on stream, the money Nigeria government spend importing refine products is saved as they can do a swap deal with Dangote refinery even though I have a feeling Alhaji and his team might not be favourably dispose to that, another thing is that the gas pipeline coming from Bonny would come on stream,I think Alhaji is planning some 1000mw power plant in Lagos and I also hear a UAE firm had build another 1000mw power plant in Lagos, the only prayer is that the F.G allows a willing buyer willing seller scheme in both the gas and power sector to make them competitive, once that is solved most state in the south, east, west and north would witness stable power, which also allow inflow of capital in terms of people relocating their factory here since we are Africa biggest market, follow by a boost in the building industry because now we can build skyscrapers without fear of been stuck in an elevator, this also enables other auxiliary industry to flourish... Definitely with more factories,it means farmers and other raw material industry would enjoy a boost, then what about tourism now many companies in that sector would get a boost with steady power and good infrastructure a lot of people would definitely troop in to spend their money and when that happens trust me Nigerian would start selling their property in Dubia to come and flex muscle in their motherland. 1 Like |

aolawale025: FG has been giving Arthur Eze millions of dollars, right from the days of Abacha - obasanjo - Jonathan regime. to carryout TAM, on warri and portharcourt refinery yearly, but there is notting to show for it. instead they will go to neighboring country to build refinery and import oil back to nigeria, bcus of subsidie. when Buhari emerged as president , Arthur Eze quickly decamped to APC and build a multimillion naira e-library @ daura kastina, so that buhari will continue to patronised him. But, Buhari is surporting his brother Aliko to build refinery, becus federal govt will soon abandon warri & pH refinery and Nigeria will depend on private refinery. most southern has refinery, but they choose to build it outside Nigeria. they are about to face bad market. 1 Like |

Mrsoundoro:I don’t know why the public keep getting mislead! For crying out loud, this is the fertilizer project and not the refinery project. All structures in the fertilizer project have green color while the refinery has blue color. The pipe rack is still in infancy stage as opposed to that depicted in the picture above. The only thing that shows refinery is the vessel in the last pic of which it is still in its lay down area so please let’s be guided. |

You will start paying international prices for petroleum products, you think he is investing 16 billion dollars, with high interest rate to give you cheap fuel? Joker. Dangote by defactor when the refinery comes on stream, the Federal government will sell its refineries to Saudi Arancom , totally bringing the subsidy era on petroleum products to an end. |
