The Federal High Court Sitting in Abuja on Monday, December 16, has sacked Ifeanyi Ubah, a Senator represents Anambra South Senatorial District for forging his academic certificate. The lawmaker had claimed to have obtained a National Examination Council (NECO) secondary school certificate Justice Bello Kawu ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to issue the certificate of return to Obinna Uzoh, as the Senator-Elect for the district.READ FULL STORY HERE |
