Victor James Osimhen is a Nigerian professional
footballer who plays as a forward for French Ligue 1 club Lille and the Nigeria national team.

Osimhen, who scored against Monaco was substituted in the first half after complaining of severe chest pain.

The fans and coach initially thought he had sustained an injury, but reports says that he complained of severe chest pains and had to be immediately substituted.

The Nigerian born forward was then rushed in an ambulance out of the stadium.

After the match, the club released a report which stated:

'He complained of as severe chest pain and had to be quickly taken care of by the emergency services present at the Louis-II stadium, thereby an ambulance was provided to rush him to the hospital centre to undergo medical examinations.'
