President Muhammadu Buhari declared the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) is faced with the greatest challenge of terrorism. Buhari announced this on Saturday during the 56th Ordinary Session of ECOWAS Authority of Heads of state and Government hosted in Abuja. He also spoke on the recent killing of almost 70 military personnel by terrorists in neighbouring Niger Republic. READ MORE
