INEC is not under IPPIS, beside they do receive their salary early

I doubt. I work in a federal secretariat complex and we work 2geda with them. I dont think they will just cook up story about the wage award.

Normal salary No increment

Ippis said that don't expect to see salary together with palliative because palliative isn't a salary it's a wage award it will drop from CBN after salary payment.

It's not fake news, some correctional service have received the wage award of 70k, remaining salary. It may be due to d bank or as I heard different zone have their individual voucher or stuff like that. But smne I know in Kano command received 70k
And hyperdec also received the wage

Salaries are paid any day of the week. I've been paid in church on a Sunday morning before. I've been paid on a Christmas day before. It's not that rigid.
