*JustIn:* For those who were not paid February Salary, please look for a better way to survive as we may not be paid this month again. Its not a false alarm. The above statement will help you look sideways from the salary until it comes. So that if it doesn't come, you won't hang yourself. All the forms you ran around through out last two weeks and last week to submit and resubmit to Bursary have been rejected intermittently by IPPIS directorate, Abuja for lacking valuable columns of information. I reliably gathered from an IPPIS staff that it was just last night (11pm precisely) that the forms were finally submitted, and the submissions are presently awaiting rejection or confirmation. Hence, if these forms are rejected again today, then no need expecting March alert. So, I encourage those of us affected to pray hard and look outside the box for survival. Daalunurinne!

How about those that didn't have issues with February payments, did you ask the ippis staff about them and why their salaries are delayed?
Re: Has Any Federal Civil Servant Received The New Minimum Wage? by Samakus(m): 2:29pm On Apr 02, 2020
MARCH 2020 SALARIES:

Comrades, sequel to the complaints from staff that some banks have paid March salaries since Friday last week, we are concerned over the issue on why Staff in only 3 banks, presumably, GTB, Access and Ogige Micro Finance banks were paid March salaries and leaving others up to over a week without payments. We made strong enquiries and confirmation from all other federal universities and found that none of them have been paid March salaries.

It was found that in a bid to rectify some of the IPPIS problems in the February salaries, they repeated the Feb salaries for some staff in the 3 mentioned banks. Meaning that those staff were paid twice for February salaries. The said overpayment would be recovered accordingly. This indicates that March salaries have not been paid.

It is important to remember that the IPPIS payment platform is put on a 3-month test run. We have continued to pressurise the authorities concerned to facilitate for excellent and error free payment system. Pls bear it that Fed govt have not paid March salaries in the Federal Universities, polytechnics and colleges of Education. This is the situation.

We are hopeful that this impasse would be resolved soon in the face of our current sociology-economic predicament in the country. Pls continue to stay safe and stay at home as your life is irreparable. Thank you.
