1) Exercise regularly. Blood is required for your brain to function well and recall information effortlessly so make sure u start an exercise routine today. If not, Just make sure you exercise on the day of your exam 2) Rewrite all your notes. This means you should take time to copy Notes after the classes again as information will be stored in a logical manner in your brain for easy recall. 3) Eat a light meal consisting light carbohydrates and protein before Exams so that blood is not drawn away from your brain to work on the food. 4) Drinks lots of water. This helps in several ways such as purifying the blood, Replenishing body of lost water and lots more all of which will help your memory 5) Read at 3am and 3pm. scientifically proven this is when your brain performs best and is at is peak to start absorbing information. 6)Sleep. Sleep and drink a little coffee when u wake up. Don’t force your body it doesn’t work. Sleep and wake up. Then you can drink a little coffee to improve concentration. Never drink coffee when tired it has bad effects on the body. Use coffee the right way and it will do wonders for you. 7) Do a relaxation exercise which is an exercise of the body to make it relax by taking deep breaths. Stress which may be caused by nervousness actually causes you brain to release a chemical that actually impedes your memory. You need to do this short exercise a few minutes before you go in and Watch the difference in recalling during exams.
