How is an acre of land sold at 120k per acre expensive... angry angry there are alot of crazy people on nairaland.. and FYI there is no place in edo state an acre of land is sold for 50k ... that is a big fat white lie

Proximity or no proximity, farm land shouldn't be this expensive. Most of the guys selling are just thieving agents who want to get rich over night. If you meet the direct owner of the land, don't be surprised they'll accept as little as N70k or less.

Bro some people does not deserve too much attention just leave this man let him say whatever he likes... as for you having doubting mind cos of the price I don’t knw what to say, but that is the original price for now and it changes after our next visit on the 23RD OF FEB 2020.
