We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong design and business acumen to join our fast-growing remote team. The ideal candidate is passionate about full-stack development, able to learn and command new technologies and trends, and welcomes new challenges.

ROLE:

The Full-Stack Developer will maintain a fully custom-built WooCommerce store and demonstrate strong knowledge of WordPress, as well as the relevant programming languages such as HTML, PHP, CSS, and JavaScript. This role requires the ability to see out a project from conception to finalization, requiring good organizational skills and attention to detail.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Change UI design
- Research and keep up with the latest UX trends and cutting-edge solutions for eCommerce
- Create mobile optimizations and mobile responsive design
- Perform hack tests and keep plugins updated without the site going down
- Use hooks and integrate APIs
- Develop APIs
- Perform business automation and systems architectural changes as necessary
- Implement technologies to keep out phishers and scammers
- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
- Ensure deadlines are met and quality maintained

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development
- Minimum degree BSc in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
- Expert knowledge of WordPress CMS, WooCommerce, and cPanels to manage a fully custom-coded site
- Extensive Knowledge of HTML, PHP, CSS, JAVASCRIPT
- Knows how to stage and manage staged sites
- Knowledge of SEO tools in product listings
- Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (EQ)
- Demonstrates ‘Can do’ competency on projects
- Ability to work independently and with authority
- Flexible with a startup mindset
- Maintain confidentiality standards and have a demonstrated understanding of intellectual property rules

1. A social media strategist and marketer to grow our instagram and facebook accounts; you will need to establish the right social media strategy including creating leads from facebook groups and grow instagram accounts quickly, both organically and through ads

2. A Content designer for our instagram account and pinterest account to create engaging content and create awareness for our brand - should know how to use Photoshop, illustrator etc
