Those fishes there are not more one Kg per fish... and 1kg is sold at #800 maximum... if truly they were up to 300 pieces, the estimated lost is just about #240,000

With your type of conclusive analysis, to manage a company or HR or an institution or even people, will be too hard for you. You will send many innocent people to prison lol...

Are you serious, all those na baby cat fish were, normal cat we my uncle sell 1500, 2000, some even up to 3000, depend one the weight of the first.

I don't think I've ever bought catfish for up to 1k. I buy from market and start pricing down from 1k for the big ones, N700-800 for the smaller ones. Most times I'm able to price down to the range of N400 to 700 depending on size. Catfish is very plenty in the market I go so sellers can't afford to put big pricetag on them. I don't know if same applies for the markets in Abuja where she's based

Ignorance kills.

Consult a fish farming expert to test the waters.
Might be allergy or pollutants.

Such comes with the biz.
It's called occupational hazards.

300 fish, way over a million Naira loss. Estimating each fish at #3300? Those tiny things I saw there won't pass for #800. BTW, she will freeze them and still sell them.

I see she farms them in those multiple tanks. That looks cool.If you have 10 of such tanks,it means u can actually make a fortune from it.But what srikes me most is the type of fish she is farming.Does not look like cat fish but somewhat like Titus?

300*300 is now 1million

Ayan not understanding o

It might not be up to N1m but the cost of feeding, labour and other expenses should be calculated as well. A kg of cat fish is around N700.
