RE: MURDER, BETRAYAL, MONEY AND MYSTERY - THE GLOBAL WEST STORY.

It has indeed become important to put things in correct perspective, at least to let the public know what is true away from the insatiable greed of Kelvin Itima, his mother Helen Itima and brother, Zion Itima.
The trio have approached the court on some of the issues being advertised on YouTube and Instagram. They have failed woefully and have called the judiciary names.

The public should please note the following:
1. Global West is a limited liability company and can not be owned by Captain Romeo Itima alone. As a matter of fact, he owned 2.5M shares out of 100M shares of the company. So, it can't be true that the company belonged to him.

2. Global West signed a contract with the federal government of Nigeria in 2012 to provide boats for NIMASA operations. The terms of the contract were also very strange but the management was convinced it was doable. No bank in Nigeria believed in the success of the contract hence none was ready to loan money to the company until they saw successes being recorded. The contract terms included: The company would invest $103M of its own money, no mobilization would be paid in advance, the company must ensure that income to NIMASA (the maritime administration) goes over and above the subsisting limits and it was only the excess that would be shared with Global West, about 20 patrol boats would be provided by Global West, maintained by them, bunkered (fueled) by Global West but NIMASA would only use the boats 24/7; in ten years Global West would transfer ownership of the boats to NIMASA whether it has recovered it's investment or not. It was also included in the terms that par adventure the company made excessive money in the first three years the remuneration to the company shall be reviewed. Such were the conditions given by President Jonathan to his brothers! Since another government took over, $195M has been paid upfront to an inefficient contractor and another multi million dollars anchorage program has been running parallel while Global West boat rot away for political reasons.

3. The same way Kelvin Itima says his uncle, Capt Winfred Itima, was only invited to join the company by his late father, Romeo Itima; Romeo was only invited to join Mike-Lely Marine by some people before Global West was formed.
4. Capt Romeo tragically died in 2012 during an operational mission in the company of government officials and the Global West staff when the company had only a few boats.
5. The entire investment that took Global West to the public glare was made by inventors after the demise of Capt Romeo.
6. The immediate family (Helen and children including Kelvin) benefited even more than most of the shareholders in the good days of the company because of the respect the shareholders have for the late Capt Romeo. Kelvin lied by the paltry amount he advertises on social media. The company paid school fees for Romeo's children in the US and released money multiple times to establish Helen and Kelvin in the US without withholding Romeo's entitlements anytime it was due. Not less than $2M have been paid to Helen between 2012 - 2015. In addition, Helen and her brother and the brother’s wife were ‘unchecked’ contractors to Global West all in a bid to make them comfortable. Houses were also built for them in Lagos (Ajah), Warri and at Gbaramatu.
7. Capt Romeo’s worth when he was alive couldn't afford any of the boats in the fleet of Global West and no further investment was made by the family.
8. Capt Romeo didn't leave a Will. Hence, his dividends should ordinarily be appropriated by his entire family. That is, his first wife's child, Helen the second wife and her children, Romeo's brothers, sisters, uncles and whosoever is due. But, all the money due to Romeo and much more was paid to Helen yet she craves for more and more from the blues.
9. Helen and Kelvin had before now sold Romeo's properties in Nigeria including things not owned by Romeo alone and coveted the proceeds.
10. Helen and Kelvin have taken over Capt. Winfred’s house in the US, a house that didn't belong to them, yet, the uncle looked on.
11. Everyone ever mentioned by Kelvin and his mother in their inordinate ambition to covet Global West has kept quiet out of decency, understanding of the trios’ ignorance and endurance for the ever present and ancestral greed in them. As a matter of fact, Helen in addition to her indecency as a spinster eloped with Romeo her sister’s boyfriend to give birth to Kelvin. Zion is the son of Helen’s sister for Romeo.
12. Kelvin in his desperate attempt to make the YouTube ‘film’, lured innocent people into rooms with hidden cameras to record them as if they willingly submitted to the interview; he also has telephone conversations where he has lead people to say things about the company and staff. In a particular case he lured a staff of the company, in the US, by telling him he had a job offer for him. Anyone talking to him henceforth should beware of his greed and desperation.
13. Many of us that understand the facts will henceforth persuade Capt Winfred to sue Helen, Kelvin and Zion for defamation of character and slander, he should release details of monies paid to Helen for IRS in the US to check for taxes she did not pay and any other money must be paid into an account for all family members to share accordingly. Capt Winfred, it's time you restore your name and defend your family.
